Work with our team to choose from a variety of home styles that fit your taste, size, footprint, and family.
Once pricing has been agreed to, the homeowner will be asked to sign a contract. Pricing is determined by the lot price, sq. ft. and plan of your selected home.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required once the signed contract clears attorney review.
We begin to break ground on your dream home with the excavation and construction of the home. A second deposit of 20% is required upon completion of the roof.
During the different phases of development, the homeowner will be asked to make custom selections throughout the home.
We encourage homeowners to schedule appointments with our builder to visit the construction site throughout the building process.
The homeowner will be informed when we are 1 month away from closing to align last-minute decisions and target their move-in date.
